Wonky energies stressing you out?

I hope you’re doing well and navigating through the wonky energies of Mercury in Retrograde and the upcoming Solar Eclipse.

I have been observing an all-time high input of strange energies happening around like people:

  • complaining about sleep disturbances
  • having distractions to the max and difficulty focusing
  • having unexpected occurrences like car accidents and huge expenses
  • experiencing strange dreams, visions, and energy around them
  • having a heightened sense of anxiety and pressure

If you’re having any of those things happening above, relax. You’re a sensitive soul paying attention to your feelings instead of burying your head in the sand.

The good news is this, too, shall pass.

The question is: Do you have to get your ass kicked in order to get through the passage?

Absolutely not.

When I began responding to the messages that the Record Keepers delivered at the beginning of March, I had no idea that the energies we’d be facing in April would feel so shifty, strange, and all over the place.

Of course, it makes perfect sense NOW, after I’ve completed the Psychic Attack training, why they were so emphatic about protecting our psyches.

Our psyche is getting hit with a barrage of energy, information, downloads, and spiritual forces.

You’ve got to hold on and protect your psyche to make it through the passage without getting energetically spanked.

So, how do you do this without losing your marbles?

I’ve got you, friend. This newsletter is coming at you at the most appropriate time because it will only get stronger from April 5-25th so hang tight.

Let’s get down to it, shall we?

Navigating these wonky energies requires intentionality, forethought, and preparation.

Intentionality

Let’s discuss three ways to be hyper-intentional about your energy, focus, and vibes during this time.

1 - Be mindful of how you start and prepare your day. This is where you have the most power, control, and focus, so take time to take care of yourself.

2 - Be mindful of how you receive information or data from others. Don’t be so attached to what people say or do because it often has nothing to do with you. By taking a step back from responding from a heated, emotional place, you can better counter with thoughtfulness and carefully choosing your words.

3 - Be mindful of what you choose to take on during this season. Be willing to FLEX and allow challenges to get worked out so you don’t get worked up over things you can’t control. Take your time to initiate, plan, and roll out actions so you’re in the flow of time rather than rushing to ‘catch up.’

Fore-thought

Let’s discuss three ways to be hyper-aware of the future self’s actions so you can respond in the present time.

1—Ask yourself: What would be the best outcome for me to work towards? This allows your future self to show you how to get there rather than operating from the past and getting the same outcomes. This is where the shift meets you because you can make decisions in alignment with your outcomes in faith, feeling, and energy.

2 - Take your time to make strategic decisions. This can include brainstorming, addressing different scenarios, and looking at the big picture of what you’re trying to reach. Proper planning prevents you from headaches and heartaches later.

3—Make sure that you’re mitigating risks by listing all the steps and obstacles that could face you around any decision you make. Create a contingency plan if Plan A or B doesn’t pan out. By weighing out your risks and decisions, you can prevent potential pitfalls while addressing challenges as they arise.

Preparation

Let’s discuss three ways to prepare during this season so that you’re not steam-rolled by the energy of the Retrograde and Eclipse.

1 - If you want to surf the big waves of shifts, change, and energy, preparing yourself at the beginning of your day to handle what’s coming is important. Close your day intentionally by listing your wins, gratitudes, and self-reflective insights. These actions help you be especially kind to yourself when feeling stressed or anxious.

2—Create a plan and structure it to support your life, not stress it. A plan helps you stay accountable when you’re feeling distracted, have low energy, or lack motivation. The plan keeps you in motion, so it’s important to break down the steps and not pile things up on yourself. Remember that part of making strategic decisions and mitigating risks is being flexible with the results while showing up firmly for yourself.

3—Protect yourself from psychic fatigue and overwhelm by being kind to your body, mind, and spirit. Lead the energy with positive, kind thoughts. Practice shielding your psyche with the mirror shield and ball of light protection and clearing yourself and your home when the energy becomes stagnant.

Now, while intentionality, forethought, and preparation are helpful for you to navigate this month, it’s important to remember to be especially gentle with yourself.

This is the best gift you can give yourself.

The second best gift you can give yourself is to protect your energy field on Monday, April 8. You don’t want to get steamrolled by what’s happening in the collective. Take time to write, be present, ground in nature, and receive the energies with faith, protection, and gratitude.
